Hello lovelies!
I hope you all had a lovely Valentine’s Day! I love Valentine’s Day- because it’s not just about showing the people you love that you LOVE them- it’s also remembering that Jesus LOVES us! Sometimes I get so giddy and happyyy just knowing that Jesus loves me inside and out. All my flaws, all my quirks, ALL OF ME. He loves all of that! Doesn’t that just make you smile? It’s something that I can never describe. Just remember- you don’t have to have a Valentine on Valentine’s Day. Jesus loves ya! π
Anywhoooo… so, a few weeks back, I was coming up with some post ideas, and our secret editor + idea thinker (she remains anonymous on here) gave me an idea of just doing an outfit that is simple. As in how to just dress modestly when you have to run errands, or go to violin lessons- or just go out in public. You get the idea. π
Today I want to give you an simple outfit that I have been wearing a lot lately. It’s an easy outfit that you can definitely find and grab out of your own closet if you have the right pieces!

Belt: Amazon || Jacket: Aeropostale (hand me down from Geneva, <3)
You can’t see it in the photos, (augh- self timer photos because I don’t have a photographer in my family… besides me and my Dad xP ) but I was also wearing black leggings, white socks, and brown flats, all thrifted.
When I’m rushing out the door late-notice, it’s usually kinda tricky to find an outfit in 5 seconds, but this is just a simple version of an outfit. You can easily find a t-shirt dress thrifting or on Amazon, and pair it with a simple color tee if it’s cold outside, leggings or tights, and simple flats. Simple accessories are a skinny belt (when you want to define your waist), a scrunchie (Claire, you have me addicted, lol!), and earrings.

I hope to do more of these ‘simple outfits’ in the future! I know Pinterest is chalk full of ideas, but a lot of the outfits are nicer and church-typish, rather than just everyday going out in public, etc.
Do you have any ‘simple’ pieces as a go-to in your closet?
Xo,

I LOVE t-shirt dresses, haha! My thrift store seems to have an abundance of them too, which is always nice. If you don’t mind my asking (and you totally don’t have to say π ), how long did it take to grow your hair that long? It looks great!

Lol, I don’t mind! I have grown it out since I was a baby pretty much. I get it trimmed every summer or so, just the dead ends. π Long hair kinda runs in our family- I have four little sisters and some of them have REALLY long hair! xD

YES, Jesus’ love for all of us is so amazing and wonderful!! β€
Cute outfit! Leggings with a long shirt/sweater is always a great go-to outfit. (And scrunchies are always fun ;D) Usually when I'm going about on errands in colder weather, I tend to wear jeans with either a pair of comfy boots or tennis shoes, a long-sleeved shirt, my warm zebra print gloves :), and sometimes a scarf and hat.
Lovely post! Hope all of you have a fabulous weekend!

This was a fun post to read, Hadassah! Normally my simple & modest go-to outfit is a sweat jacket or bomber jacket with a nice shirt, jeans (not skinny) and ankle boots, tennis shoes, or ballet flats (I have quite a few shoes π).
