Come Thrift With Me!

Hey you guys!

I thought it’d be fun if I showed you all some thrifty dressing room selfies (lol) and show you what I kept and what I left while thrifting the other day. I usually carry a bunch of stuff to the dressing room and then try it all on at once. And I have never done these type of selfies haha, but I thought I’d give it a try. ☺️

I loved this jumpsuit from Old Navy but it ended up being too big! I tried cuffing the bottom but the waist was just too bunchy as well. 😭

This dress was cute but also too big… petite problems, ya know? 😂 I probably could’ve belted it if it didn’t have the shirred waist.

Another Old Navy piece that was new with tags… this dress reminded me of the ocean. 😍 But it was again too big/loose, and a little too long.

I loved this coral dress! It would’ve gone home with me but it had a very low zipper and I didn’t want to deal with an open backed piece.

Oh my goodness, the mirror was so dirty. 👀 This skirt was cute but again too big.

This vintage skirt was too long and the fit was weird. But I loved the daisies! 🤍

So what’s funny is that I actually ended up not getting anything at Goodwill, but we (Savannah was with me:) went to a consignment store next door where I found this fun red skirt!

… and this navy blue dress. ☺️ I ended up taking pictures in my yard because the consignment store dressing room walls were orange (no kidding).

I know thrifting isn’t for everyone, but I love it so much! I would love to know what your favorite thrift store is & your favorite find!

Fun!! I love the skirt and dress at the end. I always buy books at thrift stores, not very many clothes. i think my favorite clothing find is a white lace skirt, but I guess that was from a friend, so it wasn’t actually thrifted. Oh well… I can’t think of anything.

Hey, I recognize that blue dress, now where could I have seen it recently… 😉
I really like the St. Vincent de Paul in Mason. I’ve found that the more expensive/ritzy the area the higher quality are the clothes in the thrift stores.

Aww yeah 😉 I’ve been there once or twice but I need to go again! Same with the Goodwill in Mason, yes! I’ve found several higher brands in Mason area. Thanks for your comment, Grace! ❤️
